RIL+ GAIL CNG DISTRIBUTION

RIL(Reliance Industries Limited) & GAIL(Gas Authority of India Limited) are confident of bringing West Bengal within the gas grid by March 2012.RIL has already submitted applications to PNGRB(Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board) for gas distribution licence in Durgapur which also includes some CNG outlets.

DURGAPUR TOURIST LODGE:UPGRADATION

WBTDC(West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation) has decided that it would upgrade the Durgapur tourist lodge,it will add some deluxe buses for transportation facility and will also add better banquet and conference rooms.

PANORAMIC UNIVERSAL HOTEL

Panoramic Universal Limited plans to bring its 4 star hotel brand 'United 21' in Durgapur.The hotel will be owned and operated by the company.The Durgapur hotel will be developed in two phases,the first phase will have 75 rooms and the project will be ready by end 2010 and the next phase constitutes of 45 serviced apartments within the property.

2 FLYOVERS :DURGAPUR

Durgapur is soon going to have 2 Flyovers,one will be constructed at Alstom Crossing and the other one is at Gandhi More.

SERVICE APARTMENTS & HOSTEL

Durgapur is soon going to have a structured area comprising of Service Apartments and Hostels covering an area of 9.23 acres.
